Listener - Everything Sleeps

The new Listener album came out yesterday, and since then it’s been wrecking just about everyone who listens to it. Listener, made up of poet/vocalist Dan Smith, guitarist Christin Nelson, and drummer Kris Rochelle, considers themselves “talk music,” which is a pretty accurate term. The three work together perfectly to create emotionally heavy and incredibly engaging songs. I think it’s all but impossible to listen to this album and not be able to connect to it at least on some level. Time Is A Machine definitely worth checking out. -Josh
